We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Founder and CEO. This is a part-time, remote position ideal for a highly motivated individual who can work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will act as a representative of the company, interacting exclusively with CEOs and Board Directors.
Responsibilities
- Calendar & Communication: Manage the CEO’s full calendar, ensuring all deadlines are met. Monitor and filter emails, voicemails, and incoming correspondence.
- Travel & Logistics: Coordinate complex travel arrangements and schedule meetings, conferences, and board activities.
- Documentation: Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with high attention to detail.
- Operations: Manage the CEO’s expenses, budget, and contact lists.
- Gatekeeping: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, specifically supporting C-level executives. Prior experience in tech or startup environments is a plus.
- Education: Associate's Degree or greater and or equivalent experience
- Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Communication: Polished written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). Must possess a current Windows-native laptop.
