About the Role
This is a contract-based, remote Personal / Executive Assistant role working directly with the founder. You will function as a first line of defense for scheduling, communication, and opportunity triage.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing complexity, protecting executive focus, and acting as an operational air-traffic controller across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Inbox & Opportunity Screening
• Monitor and triage inbound emails, messages, and requests
• Categorize opportunities (ignore, delegate, follow-up, priority)
• Draft responses for review or approval
• Calendar & Scheduling Management
• Own and manage the founder’s calendar
• Coordinate meetings, travel, filming, clinics, and calls
• Enforce scheduling boundaries and reduce back-and-forth
• Communication Coordination
• Liaise with collaborators, partners, clinics, and vendors
• Track follow-ups and ensure nothing drops through the cracks
• Light Project & Operations Support
• Maintain task lists and simple trackers across ventures
• Provide weekly summaries of open loops and priorities
• Personal & Executive Logistics
• Assist with travel planning, event coordination, and reminders
• Support day-to-day executive operations as needed

Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Founder Support role
• Strong written communication skills with professional judgment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and make decisions without constant supervision
• Comfort managing ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
• Proficiency with email, calendars, spreadsheets, and basic productivity tools
• Familiarity with healthcare, startups, or media environments is a plus
