Opportunity
We’re hiring a sharp, highly organized assistant to support the President of a recently acquired, fast-growing digital talent management firm. This role is essential to keeping day-to-day operations efficient by supporting high-level priorities across talent, partners, and internal teams.
This is a close-support role working directly with leadership in the creator economy. You’ll be exposed to high-profile digital creators, major brands, and the business behind modern media.
Reports: This position will report to President, Nine Four Entertainment.
What You’ll Do
· Coordinate meetings with talent, brands, agents, partners, and internal teams.
· Communicate regularly with high-profile digital creators assisting in all aspects of their business.
· Manage and optimize the President’s calendar and schedule.
· Keep tasks, projects, and follow-ups organized and moving forward.
· Book and manage travel (flights, hotels, itineraries).
· Research and compile contact lists for outreach, partnerships, and opportunities
What We’re Looking For
· 1+ year experience as an executive assistant, assistant, coordinator, or operations support at an agency, management firm, media co, or similar creator economy company.
· Extremely strong organizational and time-management skills
· Clear, professional written and verbal communication
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
· Discretion, reliability, and strong judgment
· Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
· Must be genuinely interested in YouTube, digital creators, and the business of the creator economy
Type: Regular, Full-Time
Location: LA
Salary Range: $45,000 - $52,000
