Looking for a rockstar EA to help me keep my B2B SaaS consultancy running smoothly
About the Role
Hey there! I'm looking for an organized, proactive Executive Assistant who can help me turn chaos into order. This is a part-time gig (15-20 hours weekly) supporting me, the founder of a B2B SaaS consultancy based in Halifax, Canada.
You'll be working alongside Melissa, our former Executive Assistant, who has now transitioned into a more client-facing role, which creates an opportunity for you to own the administrative and personal support operations of the business.
A heads up: For Q2 2026, I'll possibly be in Spain for three months and Melissa is based in Los Angeles, so we'll need to coordinate across different time zones. You'll help provide email coverage for our North American clients.
About Our Company
I run a specialized B2B SaaS consultancy focused on pricing and packaging strategies. It's basically me as the founder with trusted contractors I've worked with for years. We've helped over 400 companies figure out better pricing strategies. I'm a former SaaS entrepreneur, and I regularly travel with partner organizations to give talks and workshops.
Location & Hours
- Location: Remote, your timezone should be Eastern or Atlantic Time
- Hours: 15-20 hours per week, with availability throughout business hours for email coverage and Slack updates
- Compensation: $20-$25/hour based on experience and capabilities
What you'll be doing:
- Inbox Management: Monitoring personal email, keeping things organized, and checking in periodically during the workday
- Calendar Management: Managing both business and personal calendars, coordinating with stakeholders on scheduling
- Daily Sync Meetings: Running daily sync meetings with me to align on priorities for the day and week.
- Content & Podcast Organization: Scheduling podcasts/appearances, organizing assets for promotion, maintaining the content calendar
- Personal Appointments: Coordinating and booking appointments such as restaurant reservations, haircuts, and other personal tasks
- Administrative Systems: Keeping Calendly links organized, tracking daily to-dos, managing Google Drive folders
- Travel Planning: Researching and booking travel, expense tracking

- Feel comfortable with tech tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, HubSpot, Calendly, and Fathom
- Excited about using automation tools and AI to make work more efficient
- Are adaptable and don’t need everything perfectly defined to do great work
- Come with solutions, not just problems
- Have a knack for creating order out of chaos
- Can work independently
- Can be flexible and adaptable as shifts happen within the business
