What We’re Looking For
Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Regional Vice President Executive Assistant
to join our team! The Regional Vice President Executive Assistant provides confidential administrative support to the assigned Regional Vice President, serves as Clerk to the assigned Regional Advisory Board, and provides administrative support to the assigned Consumer and Family Advisory Committee. The Executive Assistant is delegated significant responsibility for administrative functions to the assigned region.
On a typical day, you might:
- Provide correspondence and administrative assistance to the assigned Regional Vice President in a timely manner.
- Handle and process sensitive, complex, and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist as needed in preparation of informational reports and special projects as requested by the Regional Vice President.
- Apply organizational skills to provide administrative support for departmental goals and initiatives.
- Prepare, process, and review oral and written material.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls for the Regional Vice President as needed, and receive incoming phone calls through the Call Center for the Regional Vice President.

Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED and experience in assisting a senior executive and two (2) years of clerical and office management experience; OR
- Equivalent combination of education/experience.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must reside within Trillium’s North Central Region, which includes the following counties: Beaufort, Dare, Edgecombe, Greene, Hyde, Nash, Pamlico, Pitt, Tyrrell, Washington, Wilson.
- Must be able to travel within catchment as required.
- Must obtain Notary Public certification within six (6) months of hire.
