Provide tier 1 troubleshooting of the relevant physical security access control systems/components and maintain a complete working knowledge and system/data integrity. To maintain and administer the regional biometric device enrolment and accuracy and maintain metrics and adequate documentation to demonstrate process implementation. Perform all responsibilities associated with maintaining 100 percent accountability of access control program administration through proper decimation and practice and support external and internal audits as required.
- Maintain a complete working knowledge and system/data integrity of the access control system and ensure adequate documentation is available to demonstrate process implementation of system/process integrity.for employees, interns, customers, contractors, vendors, business partners, and so forth: create badge profiles, create and issue badges, vet and program permissions, remove personnel as needed, add, delete, modify badge profiles and permissions as required, generate reports, perform regular reviews system health and badging inventory.
- Administer, maintain, and enroll profiles and access cards and biometric devices for customers, employees, vendors, and contactors, print appropriate faceplate, affix faceplate as required, program badge with correct permissions, issue PINs, and issue in person, internal mail, or by approved shipping and delivery process to authorized employees, contractors, vendors, and customers.
- Administer and maintain the ticketing systems and other databases and portals that support access control administration processes and programs as required
- Administer associated Personal Identification Number (PIN) associated with authorized personnel and assigned badge.
- Establish customer service hours within normal business hours, to ensure an appropriate level of customer satisfaction.
- Administer and maintain the access control database management in an audit ready manner to demonstrate 100% accountability through documentation and practice. Ensure all badge biometric device profiles and permissions (i.e. active personnel, correct role such as employee, contractor, vendor, customer, etc) are accurate.
- Provide adequate documentation to demonstrate process implementation and database integrity. Generate and distribute reports as required
- 3-4 years of experience with an Associates degree in Accounting and Technology.
- Operate and maintain equipment specific to access control facilities including alarm systems, access devices to include installation and maintenance of any related security system.
- Assist relevant departments with workplace investigations with access reports Monitor the maintenance of physical security deficiencies to ensure timely repair and Remediate deficiencies identified during regular reviews.
- Continuous assessments and improvements of technology, policy, procedures, and standards. Assist in the development of associated security policies and procedure
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
Location Based Pay Ranges:
$49,674 - $66,300 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.
$52,212 - $69,615 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.
$54,698 - $72,930 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
