When a plant goes down at 2 AM, someone needs to answer the call. If you're the type who thrives under pressure, can troubleshoot a PLC in your sleep, and actually enjoys being the hero who brings systems back online, we want to talk. We're building a brand new 24/7 support team from the ground up, and we need experienced engineers who can hit the ground running. No micromanagement, no cubicle life, just real problems, real impact, and the flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S.
At Vertech, not only do we develop world class industrial automation solutions for some of the top US companies, we also strive to be the team of choice for the best and brightest talent. I mean, we call ourselves control freaks for a reason. The passion (and intelligence) our employees have is truly mind-blowing. In turn, we work hard to take care of our own with excellent benefits and pay, personal development, and transparent communication. We also know that you can be great at what you do and still have fun. If that sounds like a good fit, help us bring the next generation of automation solutions to nearly every industry, including manufacturing, food and beverage, renewable energy, water and wastewater, and more.
We're the #1 Ignition integrator globally and were just named 2026 System Integrator of the Year by Control Engineering. Now we're launching a dedicated Digital Plant Service & Support department to provide 24/7 coverage for our clients, and you could be one of the founding members.
