Location: Remote (Team based in NYC)
MNY Ventures is a DTC health brand that has scaled from zero to nine figures in under two years, now operating with 100+ team members across TikTok Shop, Amazon, and DTC.
The business has grown fast. Now we need someone to own and clean up the finance function.
This is a hands on controller role for an operator who wants full ownership of accounting, cash flow, and financial reporting in a high growth environment.
The Opportunity
You will take ownership of the day to day finance engine and bring structure, accuracy, and clarity to a fast moving business. This role works directly with the founders and a fractional CFO and is responsible for building clean reporting, improving margins visibility, and tightening financial systems as the company continues to scale.
What You’ll Own
• Weekly and monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash reporting
• Margin analysis by offer, SKU, and channel
• Channel level P&Ls for Amazon, DTC, and TikTok Shop
• 13 week cash flow forecasting and cash management
• Month end close and account reconciliations
• Inventory, COGS, and payment processor reconciliation
• Accounts payable including suppliers, creators, agencies, and vendors
• Invoice review for accuracy across vendors and sales tax filings
• Sales tax compliance and coordination with external tax partners
• Process improvement, automation, and documentation over time
Who This Role Is For
• 4 to 6 years of accounting or controller experience
• Background in CPG or ecommerce
• Strong GAAP and inventory accounting knowledge
• Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and ideally TikTok Shop
• Highly detail oriented, proactive, and self sufficient
• Comfortable operating in fast moving, flat organizations
• Excited to bring order, clarity, and rigor to a scaling company
