Job OverviewWe're hiring a Manager of Finance / FP&A to build the financial backbone of a healthtech company at takeoff. You'll partner directly with leadership across finance, operations, marketing, product, and pharmacy — owning how we measure performance, surfacing insights that drive decisions, and putting real cost discipline behind aggressive growth.

What You'll DoFinancial Operations- Own Stripe and payment flows: refunds, chargebacks, failed payments, customer collections
- Run insurance billing ops — track reimbursements, denials, and collection KPIs
- Manage invoicing, vendor payments, and financial workflows
- Build cost controls and squeeze savings out of every vendor contract and renewal
FP&A & Insights- Report on revenue, gross margin, CAC, LTV, churn, fulfillment costs, and OpEx
- Write monthly management commentary — performance vs. budget, prior periods, targets
- Turn data into clear recommendations leadership can act on
Modeling & Strategy- Build and maintain models, budgets, forecasts, and dashboards
- Drive annual and quarterly planning
- Prepare board, investor, and lender materials
- Pressure-test new initiatives, pricing changes, and acquisition opportunities
You're a Fit If You Have- 2+ years in investment banking, PE, or another analytical finance seat
- 2+ years in a startup, healthcare company, or high-growth operator
- Sharp financial modeling and Excel chops
- A high-ownership mindset — you don't wait to be told what to fix
