We’re seeking a proactive and highly organised
General Virtual Assistant to support a dynamic service-based business. This full-time role blends administrative, executive, and personal assistant responsibilities with light bookkeeping and client-facing communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support, including calendar management, email handling, and task coordination
- Perform bookkeeping tasks using Xero, including invoice generation, expense tracking, and reconciliation
- Handle inbound client calls with professionalism and warmth—no cold calling required
- Assist with document preparation, data entry, and file organisation
- Anticipate needs and offer proactive support to ensure smooth operations
Skills Required
- Strong background in general administration, executive assistance, or personal assistant work
- Experience with Xero or similar bookkeeping platforms
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote setup
