Virtual Receptionist with experience in the pest control industry who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service!
Your role will involve handling phone calls, emails, and booking leads related. We’re on the lookout for a candidate with a strong background in pest control procedures and exceptional customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Professionally handle incoming calls, providing information about the services, addressing inquiries, and scheduling appointments.
- Manage and respond to emails promptly, addressing client queries, providing service information, and coordinating with the appropriate team members.
- Efficiently handle the booking of leads, ensuring accurate scheduling and coordination.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by addressing concerns, providing updates on services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and service details in the company’s database.
- Work closely with the team to relay important information, schedule appointments, and ensure seamless communication between the office and field operations.
Skills Required
- Proven experience as a Virtual Receptionist in the pest control industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to address client concerns and provide solutions.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Comfortable using virtual communication tools, CRM software, and other relevant technology.
- Familiarity with pest control procedures, terminology, and services is essential.
