Sales Manager (SMB & Mid-Market SaaS)
Location: Remote (Miami, FL / South Florida Preferred) Compensation: $110,000 - $140,000 Base + Performance Bonus + Equity (OTE: $180k - $210k+)

We aren't looking for a "manager" to just watch dashboards; we are looking for a Sales Architect. You will take our high-performing inbound engine and build a world-class Outbound Sales Machine targeting the SMB and Mid-Market field service space. We want the Pipedrive/HubSpot/Salesforce playbook applied to our niche.

What You’ll Do- Build the Outbound Engine: Transition our sales motion from inbound-heavy to a proactive, outbound powerhouse targeting SMB to Mid-Market field service leaders.
- Coach & Elevate: Manage a team of Account Executives. Conduct film reviews (call recordings), refine discovery techniques, and ensure the team is closing with a consultative approach.
- CRM Mastery (Close.io): Own the data. You believe that if it isn't in Close.io, it didn’t happen. You will optimize our CRM workflows to ensure 100% data integrity and accurate forecasting.
- Maintain Efficiency: Execute growth strategies that protect our profit margin.
- The Playbook: You won't just follow a playbook; you will Tinker with it. You'll optimize hooks, scripts, and sequences to keep our <20 day close cycle fast and efficient.
Sales at GorillaDesk (The Benchmarks)- Average Contract Value (ACV): ≈ $1,800 - $5,000+ (expanding into Mid-Market)
- Sales Cycle: < 20 Days
- Target: Home service business owners (Pest Control, Wildlife, Mosquito Control, Lawn Services, etc.)
Who You Are- The CRM Authority: You likely come from a top-tier CRM SaaS background (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce). You understand activity-based selling and how to use data to drive dials.
- Strategic Leader: You’ve moved beyond "doing" and into "building." You know how to recruit, train, and retain A-players.
- Disciplined Growth Mindset: You understand the unit economics of SaaS. You are a partner to the business, focused on sustainable, high-margin revenue.
Qualifications- Experience: 3-5+ years of Sales Leadership experience in a high-velocity B2B SaaS environment.
- Market Knowledge: Proven track record in SMB and Mid-Market segments.
- Data Driven: Expert-level proficiency with CRM systems (Close.io experience is a major plus).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to convey complex software value to "blue collar" business owners in a clear, high-empathy manner.
