About Opsy:
Opsy is the modern operating system for homeownership. We are replacing the chaotic "junk drawer" of home management with a smart, predictable, and educational platform. As we gear up for our Beta rollout, our Founder is stepping fully into direct sales—which means we need a reliable, execution-focused Marketing Coordinator to run the engine in the background.
The Details:
• Role: Part-Time Marketing Coordinator
• Compensation: $25 - $35/hr (8-12 hours/week)
• Location: Remote (Must be local to the Seattle / Bellevue area for 1-2x/month in-person strategy sessions)
The Role:
We don't do micromanagement, daily standups, or busywork. We operate on a milestone-based cadence (Mon-Wed execution, Thursday async review, Friday strategy sync). You will take our brand vision and turn it into scheduled, polished marketing assets that are helpful, educational, and act as a source of truth for homeowners and real estate agents.
In your first 30 days, you will own the marketing foundation for our Beta launch by completing three key milestones:
1. The Launch Polish: Complete a full audit of our existing brand assets and finalize the core marketing collateral needed for our official Beta rollout.
2. The Social Engine: Build, design, and schedule a rolling 30-day social media content calendar across our primary platforms.
3. The B2B Pipeline: Design, write, and execute our first end-to-end email drip campaign targeting our Real Estate Agent partners.
Who You Are (The Must-Haves):
• You thrive working independently and possess above-average communication skills. If you need a babysitter to hit a deadline, this isn't a fit.
• You are highly proficient in Canva, Figma, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Webflow (or comparable tools).
• You know your way around social media platforms, video editing software, and generative AI tools.
• Bonus: Experience in Real Estate or PropTech is a major plus!
