We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks while working independently. You will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth communication across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

Respond to emails and messages promptly, and coordinate meetings and schedules using digital tools.
Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations, alongside managing calendars.
Maintains files and records, and updates the database to ensure data accuracy.
Track project progress and deadlines, and collaborate with team members on task assignments.
Manages budgets and expenses as needed, while preparing reports and presentations.
Adhere strongly to company policies and procedures and update the team on relevant compliance issues.
Facilitate onboarding for new employees and organise team-building activities and events.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
3 yrs Proven experience as an administrative assistant.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
Ability to work independently and manage remote workflows.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
Familiarity with CRM or database systems.
Previous remote work experience.
