Are you organized, detail-oriented, and great with people? We’re seeking a reliable Administrative Assistant to help support the Office Manager in the daily operations of our busy cleaning company. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with client inquiries
- Coordinating team schedules
- Communicating with staff and clients in a professional, friendly manner
- Assist the Office Manager with administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous office or administrative experience (especially in service-based businesses)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Familiarity with scheduling software or CRM tools
- Comfortable using Google Workspace
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive
- Team player with a positive attitude
