Overview
We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support the CEO in a dynamic corporate healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Duties
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management and scheduling appointments using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace.
- Coordinate and plan events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistics are handled seamlessly.
- Manage correspondence via phone systems, handle phone etiquette professionally, and respond promptly to inquiries.
- Prepare reports, memos, and presentations with high accuracy through proofreading and transcription tasks.
- Handle personal assistant responsibilities as needed, including travel arrangements and personal scheduling for the CEO.
Requirements
- Proven experience in executive administrative support within healthcare.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service experience.
