The Perfect Therapy Group (PTG) is a growing, private-pay group practice offering psychotherapy and coaching services to teens and adults who mainly struggle with perfectionism and anxiety. Other areas of focus include sleep, sport- or performance-related concerns, as well as work with Third Culture Kids (e.g., immigrants, first- and second-generation Americans). In addition to supporting the mental health of the community, PTG’s goal is to develop a strong training program for early-career therapists, and provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for all team members. PTG is currently seeking to employ an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will report directly to the Executive Director who has a visual impairment and will need assistance in managing client documents, scheduling, and maintaining the practice. This position will have room for growth in hours, responsibilities, and remuneration.
Responsibilities of this position include:
- 2-4 hours per day Monday thru Friday; Team Meeting Wednesdays at 2pm ET
- Tracking referrals, referral sources, and other practice data
- Responding to client inquiries
- Scheduling initial intakes and ensuring completion of intake forms
- Performing clerical duties such as monitoring client billing and payroll reports, organizing digital files, and faxing documentation for coordination of client care
- Supporting executive director’s practice operations (e.g. managing meeting schedules, responding to networking contacts, managing changes in EHR system, etc.)
- Identifying and documenting processes for streamlined business practices
- As-needed tasks that would support practice operations
- Contributing to the creative process of marketing and developing communication strategies
- Potential for growth into an administrative director

This position aims to primarily support the director in PTG operations as the director manages progressive low vision.

While this position is remote, preference will be given to applicants living in the DMV area as there may be periodic administrative needs in the DC office.
