The Catering Admin Associate will provide support to the administrative team in the Central Kitchen. The candidate will be required to handle unforeseen challenges & to find solutions to various issues, and to conduct research and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
Responsibilities:
· Providing support to the Central Kitchen administrative team
· Demonstrate a high degree of resourcefulness to handle unforeseen challenges and find solution to various issues
· Conduct in-depth research when necessary, and compile data findings in a clear and concise manner
· Manage weekly timesheets for full-time and part-time employees.
· Reconcile monthly leave balances for the administrative team.
· Schedule meetings and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
· Maintain organised and accurate records, prepare reports, and assist in creating and editing presentations and documents.
· File invoices and sales orders, including e-signing on behalf of the Muslim Representative.
· Update the Operations schedule weekly.
· Update ISO forms weekly.
· Prepare materials for admin printing using the necessary templates.
· Generate QR codes for the Ops schedule and post them in the group chats.
· Assist the Director in administrative matters.
· Support the organisation of company events, both virtual and in-person.
· Handle any ad hoc tasks assigned by the team.
Requirements:
· A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
· Able to work according to Singapore’s time zone (GMT+8)
· Capable of both independent and team-oriented work
· Attention to detail
· Ability to think on your feet, problem-solve independently, and adapt to changing priorities
· Proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools and software.
· Able to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
· Previous experience as an executive assistant or virtual associate is a plus

Pay: $550.00 - $650.00 per month
