The Business Development Administrative Assistant will provide administrative, marketing and client servicing support the Business Development Management Team, the Biz Dev VPs, and Investors of ROMTech; as well as assist with the aforementioned in the Fundraising department. The ideal candidate is personable, a self-starter, organized, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
Assist Deputy VP with Corporate and Shareholder events.
Webinars, Tradeshows, Shareholder events (in person or virtual), Bus Dev Monthly Meetings, VCIB, Special Announcement Webinars
Assist Deputy VP with Marketing and PR efforts to include cross-divisional collaboration.
Processing of Investments and funds received.
Track and analyze marketing and sales efforts.
Track efficiency of workflows; identify and implement more efficient workflows as needed.
Program tracking (CAP, Webinars, Tradeshows, Shareholder events) to include follow efforts ITP data entry into VS.
Assist with Compliance Supervisory Unit/ Specia Projects
Assist Deputy VP with referral programs.
Referral data entry
Provide backup support for Admin Assistants on leave.
Submit purchase requests and manage purchase orders.
Collaborate with Finance for vendor payment setup and approval.
Assist with processing investments and support investor relations.
Assist investors with misc. questions about the status of their investments.
Assist Deputy VP of Business Development with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned, including cross-divisional assignments.

Previous administrative work and fundraising experience
Investment knowledge is a plus
