Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer emails, messages, and basic inquiries
- Assist the team with scheduling and schedule updates
- Communicate with cleaners and office staff as needed
- Update notes, schedules, and information in office systems
- Provide general administrative and virtual support
Requirements
- Work from home with a reliable computer, internet, and mobile phone
- Company will reimburse 50% of mobile and internet service
- Experience as a Virtual Assistant or administrative support role
- Strong customer service and written communication skills
- Takes direction well and follows instructions accurately
- Positive attitude and strong team player
- Organized, dependable, and responsive
- Availability during Raleigh office hours
