Responsibilities of the role will include:
1. Oversee day-to-day office operations.
2. Manage correspondence (emails) and maintain organized digital filing
3. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
4. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

1. Provide administrative support to senior staff and teams, including scheduling meetings and preparing documents.
2. Maintain records, databases, and company documents such as contracts and invoices.
3. Prepare reports, letters, and internal communications.
Qualifications & Skills
1. High school diploma or equivalent (essential).
2. Proven experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role.
3. Experience managing office operations, supplies, and vendor relationships.
4. Comfortable using office management systems, databases, and cloud-based tools.
