Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly at the front desk, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and professionally using proper phone etiquette
- Handle data entry tasks with precision, including filing, record keeping, and updating databases using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Support office management by organizing schedules, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments or meetings
- Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and maintaining organized filing systems
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks utilizing QuickBooks or similar accounting software to support financial recordkeeping
- Provide administrative support including copying, scanning, and distributing documents as needed
Requirements
- Proven office experience or clerical background demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer literacy with expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette skills
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members
- Strong typing skills along with excellent organizational and time management capabilities
- Knowledge of office management procedures including filing systems, data entry, and proofreading
- Customer service experience with a friendly demeanor and professional attitude
- Previous experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is preferred; familiarity with medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $49.40 - $107.00 per hour
