Position Description:The Senior Graphic Designer is a highly creative, strategic, and versatile member of the Motus Content & Communications Team. In this position, you’ll introduce bold ideas and elevated design thinking to projects of every size. You have a passion for pushing brand boundaries, a strong attention to detail, and can transform complex information into compelling visual stories.
In this role, you’ll create a wide range of design assets that support key marketing goals—including high-impact content pieces, data sheets, ads, emails, presentations, and social graphics. You’ll also contribute to website design and develop internal collateral that ensures our brand stays consistent, modern, and engaging across every touchpoint.

Position Duties:
- Lead concept development and visual execution across a wide range of marketing and brand projects, from campaigns to content assets.
- Creatively, strategically, and efficiently execute on all stages of a design project, from start (concept sketches/layouts) to production (revisions) to preparation (final art files) to finish (vendor coordination)
- Own the full design lifecycle—from ideation and initial concepts through revisions, production, and final delivery.
- Leverage AI-powered design tools to streamline workflows, accelerate production, and elevate creative output across campaigns and content.
- Partner with creative and content team members to transform concepts into impactful visual assets
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver cohesive, on-brand creative across all channels and initiatives.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the Motus visual identity, pushing creative boundaries while maintaining brand consistency.
- Design and optimize website assets, ensuring a polished, user-friendly, and conversion-focused visual experience.
- Produce internal collateral that communicates clearly and elevates the brand across company-wide touchpoints.
- Effectively resource and manage design projects by coordinating internal and external creative resources, aligning workloads, timelines, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, from initial concept through final delivery, with a strong attention to detail.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of experience, ideally within a B2B or SaaS organization. In-house or agency experience preferred.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative range, brand elevation, and high-quality execution across digital and print assets.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Firefly) and Figma; Canva, WordPress, digital asset management tools, and motion or video skills are a plus.
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and visually compelling designs.
- Working knowledge of web and UX principles, with experience designing assets for websites and landing pages.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and People Ops teams.
- A highly organized, self-driven approach, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present and explain design decisions clearly.
Where required by law, Motus provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The pay range for this role is $80,000 - $95,000. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
