Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and other household equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their appliance issues.
- Assemble and install appliances at customer locations according to specifications.
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot appliance malfunctions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing repairs in the field.

Skills
- Proven experience in appliance repair or as a service technician in the field.
- Strong knowledge of equipment repair techniques and troubleshooting methods.
- Familiarity with refrigerate systems and their components.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals related to appliance operation.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in diagnosing issues.
