We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Appliance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of household appliances. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. This position requires field service experience and the ability to work independently while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and other household equipment.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their appliance issues.
Assemble and install appliances at customer locations according to specifications.
Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot appliance malfunctions.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing repairs in the field.
Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills

Proven experience in appliance repair or as a service technician in the field.
Strong knowledge of equipment repair techniques and troubleshooting methods.
Familiarity with refrigerate systems and their components.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
Ability to read schematics and technical manuals related to appliance operation.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in diagnosing issues.
Ability to work independently while managing time effectively.

Pay: $40.00 - $100.00 per hour
