Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Assistant to join our Operations team. The position is a 1099 Independant Contractor AT HOME paying 20.00 per hour. The position will start out as part-time THEN change over to full-time. As new skills are trained and the new hire becomes proficient with ongoing training you can expect full-time in 4-6 weeks. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by providing exceptional support to Managers and operational goals.
2 Years of Office Experience with a background in AR/AP is required. Fleet management experience preferred, tracking insurance coverages, compliance for tags, and property tax. You MUST have your own PC with Office 365 and MS Aps Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams to name a few. You must have high speed internet and cell phone. Must have a quiet place to work. Must be self motivated and self sufficient, honest, experienced with working at home is helpful. There will be a basic Excel skills assessment TEST prior to any offer. APPLICANTS WELL VERSED IN FLEET MANAGEMENT such as GPS tracking, fuel usage, tracking insurance coverage and maintaining laws on state registration and other requirements will be a priority.
Responsibilities
- Data entry, review data, report findings
- Create reports (This is trained), operations compliance, and much more.
- AP and AR functions
- Fleet Management as already described
- Maintain accurate records ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Provide clerical support including typing documents, data entry, and filing.
- Train to review and evaluate company fuel use and fuel charge cards.
- Collaborate with your Manager to streamline office processes and improve efficiency.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

- MUST be Flexible and eager to learn, Meet deadlines and very talented at prioritizing
- Attention to detail in all aspects of work to ensure accuracy and quality.
