Responsibilities

Assist in daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Manage and organize customer inquiries and support requests, ensuring timely responses.
Maintain accurate records and files related to client contracts and rental agreements.
Coordinate logistics for furniture deliveries and pickups, working closely with our operations team.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management as needed.
Support marketing initiatives by maintaining and updating our online presence and social media accounts.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experiences.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in administration or related fields is a plus.
Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in the furniture or leasing industry.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
