Key Responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling client consultations, design reviews, and follow-up meetings.
- Serve as a support contact for clients, answering basic questions and directing design-related inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain accurate client records, project details, and communication logs in the company’s CRM or project management system.
- Help prepare and organize design materials, proposals, mood boards, sample packages, or project documents.
- Support designers by coordinating timelines, gathering client information, and ensuring all required files and assets are available for project work.
- Assist in sending confirmations, reminders, updates, and follow-up communications to clients.
- Track project progress and notify clients of next steps, revisions needed, or upcoming milestones.
- Assist in organizing digital files, design assets, and project folders for easy team access.
- Help coordinate internal design team meetings and review sessions.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, file organization, email support, and preparing simple reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required;Bachelor's Degree is a plus.
- Entry-level friendly; experience in customer service, coordination, or design support is helpful but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and client-friendly demeanor.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail, especially with project notes and design files.
- Ability to multitask and manage small project-related tasks in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Proficiency with email, calendars, basic office tools, and willingness to learn design/project management platforms.
- Interest in design fields is beneficial.
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.
- Reliable, proactive, and eager to support design teams and clients effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,956.14 - $61,366.54 per year
