Seeking a motivated, never quit individual for the Northeastern United States to grow sales for its Lighting Controls and Building Intelligence business. Experience and knowledge of the lighting controls industry is not a requirement; desire, tenacity, and can-do positivity to learn and become top performer is a must.
The successful candidate has a passion for winning, developing relationships, by becoming a knowledge resource who follows up and gets things done.
The winning candidate will build the Northeast territory by attracting and enabling top producing 3rd party reps, working closely with industry leading distributors to tap into end customer sales opportunities and directly hunting down the biggest opportunities. The leader must be a motivated self-starter who excels in a fast-paced environment. The winner will deliver exceptional value to the customer and become a trusted advisor by providing controls solutions and information to the customer in a timely and diligent manner. The successful candidate will travel to top markets across the 9 Northeastern states with a strategic focus on prioritizing time where the returns will be the greatest. The Northeast Leader will be dynamically able to drive results in multiple end customer industries including commercial offices, real estate development, retail, medical facilities, industrial warehousing, schools, and residential multi-family housing.
