Our projects are all highly structured and use teams made up of remote consultants who are domain experts. Consultants are compensated based on expertise and experience. Quire pays a premium of 25% - 40% above market on average to ensure the best talent.

Financial Analyst
Quire is seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial modeling and valuation for a media company’s $150M film and media platform capital raise. The role requires advanced modeling skills, the ability to align numbers with the narrative, and comfort working with creative businesses.
You must be able to model both a content fund and individual business lines, including a YouTube channel, merchandise, and live events. These revenue streams are integrated with a premium film and television business.
The client’s films are widely recognized for exceptional storytelling and quality. Your role is to build a rigorous, investor-grade model and translate the plan for sophisticated capital partners.
You will work with Quire’s leadership and project managers to refine models, run scenario analyses, and produce investor materials that inform the capital strategy.
Quire will pay a premium rate for an individual who works autonomously, responds rapidly, understands urgency, and demonstrates strong judgment in candidate selection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, MBA) are a plus.
- 5+ years of hands-on financial modeling experience, with a focus on film, TV, and digital media transactions.
- Prior experience within a media and entertainment company, investment bank, or private equity firm strongly preferred.
- Proven expertise in building complex financial models, including slate projections, recoupment waterfalls, revenue splits, and scenario analysis.
- Solid grasp of valuation techniques and forecasting methodologies tailored to the media and entertainment landscape.
- Familiarity with key media performance metrics such as CPM, viewership analytics, and ad revenue models.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complexity into actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word; experience with financial AI tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain financial concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong logical reasoning, structured thinking, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment
KPIs:
- Deliver all assigned outputs within 24 hours of request.
- Maintain 100% on-time completion rate for deliverables.
- Produce at investor-ready insights or frameworks per workstream.
- Demonstrate proactive communication and collaboration with the Quire team.
- Maintain alignment with Quire’s quality and presentation standards.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in your field of expertise.
- Deep familiarity with emerging models in entertainment, finance, or creative platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex market trends into actionable insights.
- Experience contributing to investor or capital formation processes preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously under tight timelines.

- Ability to work efficiently with senior leaders and project teams
COMPENSATION (CONTRACT)
- Compensation for this role is based on experience and ranges from $75 to $100 per hour, with a potential for a higher scale based on more complex creative work. We will pay a premium for candidates with extensive experience.
