We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to bring Daybreak’s brand to life across digital, print, and in-person touchpoints.
This is a hands-on execution role for a designer with strong visual craft. You care deeply about typography, layout, composition, and visual systems. You’ll translate established brand guidelines and messaging into polished, cohesive creative that builds trust and maintains consistency across every surface where the brand appears.
You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to deliver clear, compliant, and visually compelling design solutions.
What You’ll Do:
Design high-quality, on-brand assets across:
- Website pages and landing page layouts
- Paid media creative (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok — static and light motion)
- Email and lifecycle marketing visuals
- Organic social graphics
- Patient and provider education materials (PDFs, guides, one-pagers)
Conference & Event Collateral:
- Design marketing collateral for conferences and industry events, including:
- Booth graphics and large-format displays
- One-pagers and printed brochures
- Case study sheets and sell sheets
- Branded swag and promotional materials
- Presentation decks and event signage
- Prepare print-ready production files and manage vendor specifications
Qualifications:
Required:
- 3–5+ years of experience in graphic or visual design
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing design, print collateral, and brand systems
- Excellent typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills
- Experience preparing files for both digital and print production
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to design clean, modern, trustworthy creative — especially within healthcare or wellness
Nice to Have:
- Experience in DTC, healthcare, or regulated industries
- Light motion or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere, etc.)
- Experience designing conference booths or large-format event graphics
- Experience at an early-stage or fast-paced startup
