Our team enhances brand awareness through press releases, strategic partnerships, influencer collaborations, and digital marketing tools such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and email campaigns. DG Creative Media also offers print and digital advertising services, including content placement in magazines, newspapers, and online publications. Our goal is to deliver bespoke strategies that expand awareness, drive traffic, and refine each client’s unique brand narrative.
Role Description
This is a part-time, paid position for a Social Media & Marketing Assistant, with the potential to grow into a full-time role in the near future. The position is remote, though candidates based in or near New York City are preferred.
You’ll help manage day-to-day social media and marketing initiatives across multiple clients, supporting the creation and execution of digital campaigns that align with each brand’s voice and aesthetic. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves both creative and strategic work and wants to grow within a small, fast-paced agency environment.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Assisting with social media marketing plans and content calendars
- Creating and curating posts, Reels, and videos for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Designing graphics in Canva and helping edit short-form videos
- Conducting trend, competitor, and influencer research
- Supporting paid social campaigns (especially Meta Ads) and analyzing performance metrics
- Helping monitor engagement and community management
- Assisting with PR, branding, and creative strategy initiatives
This role offers hands-on experience in luxury, hospitality, and lifestyle marketing, and is ideal for someone eager to build their portfolio while growing into a full-time creative position.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Canva and basic video editing tools
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand alignment
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment
- Interest in marketing, branding, and content creation
- (Bonus) Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, influencer marketing, or basic analytics
- Coursework or prior experience in Marketing, Communications, or related fields preferred
