ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Coordinator, Sales & Marketing, to help support the commercial operations of our Sales team. This role plays an important part in keeping product launches, retailer updates, and internal reporting running smoothly.
You will work across teams including Product Development, Marketing, and Operations to ensure retailers receive the information, materials, and support needed to successfully launch and maintain our products. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Sales & Marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the sales team in preparing for retailer meetings and product launches by coordinating product samples, assets, and supporting materials.
- Maintain and update internal product documentation, including tracking new launches, SKU changes, and discontinued items.
- Monitor retailer websites to ensure product listings remain accurate, including imagery, SKU availability, and product information.
- Support pricing and market analysis by gathering competitor pricing and tracking digital launch visibility across retail partners.
- Coordinate internal requests for lab samples and communicate requirements with the Product Development team.
- Manage the preparation and shipment of product samples, tester units, and other materials for retailer or internal needs.
- Process retailer return authorizations and maintain related records within NetSuite.
- Compile weekly sales updates and distribute reporting to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Oversee the organization and stock levels of the sales sample inventory.
- Assist with tracking and submitting sales team expenses on a monthly basis.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Around 1+ year of experience in a sales support or operations role ideally within beauty, CPG, or a similar fast-paced industry.
- A curious and solutions-oriented mindset
- A bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field will be an advantage.
- Comfortable working with Excel to organize information and build reports.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work autonomously
