We are expanding our team and seeking motivated, organized individuals to join us as Project Assistants.
This position plays a vital role in supporting our project management and operations teams by helping coordinate schedules, track progress, and ensure that communication flows smoothly across departments.
The role is fully remote and designed for professionals who value organization, accuracy, and teamwork. You do not need prior experience — full training, onboarding, and mentorship will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project managers by tracking tasks, timelines, and deliverables
- Maintain organized project records, documents, and reports
- Coordinate communication between internal teams and external clients
- Prepare summaries, presentations, and weekly progress updates
- Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-up actions
- Provide general administrative support to ensure project efficiency
Requirements
- Applicants must be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents authorized to work in the United States
- Must currently reside within the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools)
- Excellent attention to detail and time-management abilities
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn
