Job Overview:
We are seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our administrative team and ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of our office. In this role, you will perform a variety of administrative duties to assist management, staff, and clients while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents, ensuring easy accessibility.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Handle office supply orders and maintain inventory levels.
- Assist with maintaining office organization, cleanliness, and supplies.
- Support various departments with general administrative tasks and special projects.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors, both in person and on the phone.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- Previous administrative experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks and processes.
