Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to executives and team members
Manage office correspondence, including emails and phone calls
Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars
Prepare and maintain documents including reports, presentations, and contracts
Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
Support the preparation of financial reports and investor communications
Facilitate communication between property managers, investors, and partners
Coordinate travel arrangements and expenses for team members

Requirements

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with real estate terminology and property management practices is a plus
