- Provide administrative support to executives and team members
- Manage office correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars
- Prepare and maintain documents including reports, presentations, and contracts
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Support the preparation of financial reports and investor communications
- Facilitate communication between property managers, investors, and partners
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expenses for team members
Requirements
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and property management practices is a plus
