As a Data Entry Agent, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our database systems. This role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as the ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our data is accurate, organized, and accessible for various business functions.
Responsibilities:
Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in various databases and systems.- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and rectify data discrepancies or errors.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
- Assist in generating reports and documentation as required.
- Collaborate with team members to improve data management processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a relevant field is a plus.- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while managing multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
The pay range for this role is: 70,000 - 85,000 USD per year(Remote (Middletown, Connecticut, US))
