Job Description:
The Virtual Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to two senior leaders. This role is primarily focused on calendar management, coordination, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting while managing shifting priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage complex calendars across multiple time zones
- Schedule meetings and resolve conflicts with efficiency and professionalism
- Assist with inbox management and general administrative tasks
- Support travel arrangements and expense tracking as needed
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Adapt to varying support needs across two executives with different working styles
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative or executive assistant experience required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Professional, reliable, and responsive
Preferred:
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
- Comfortable supporting multiple leaders simultaneously

- Part-time schedule: approximately 20 hours per week (4 hours/day, weekdays)
