A fast-growing, sustainability-focused consumer goods company is seeking a hands-on Bookkeeper to oversee daily financial operations, including QuickBooks management, AR/AP, and cost accounting.
You’ll work closely with a fractional CFO and leadership team to streamline financial processes, prepare reports, and ensure compliance as the company scales.
What You’ll Do- Manage daily bookkeeping using QuickBooks and Bill.com, including AR/AP and expense processing.
- Maintain inventory and cost accounting in the company’s ERP system.
- Support month-end close, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Ops, Supply Chain, Leadership) to improve financial processes.
- Assist with audits, tax filings, and other special projects.
What We’re Looking For- 3–5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, ideally in a product-based or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Bill.com, and Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to operate independently in a remote setup.
- Bonus: experience mentoring junior staff or supporting inventory/cost accounting.
Compensation & Details💰 Salary: $60,000–$70,000 (based on experience)
