We’re a high-growth coaching company with a fast-paced, high-performance culture — and we’re looking for an Executive Assistant who can build order, efficiency, and momentum across every moving part of the business.
You’ll be the right hand to the CEO so you must be the type who:
- Is obsessed with details, accuracy, and accountability.
- Takes extreme pride in follow-through and never lets a ball drop — ever.
- Anticipates needs before they’re spoken and solves problems before they appear.
- Moves fast, communicates clearly, and never needs to be chased for updates.
- Has the rare ability to support a visionary CEO while keeping the entire team on track and in sync.
You’ll:
- Provide metric reports that keep the CEO informed and the team aligned.
- Oversee client onboarding and ensure their experience is smooth, organized, and professional from day one.
- Take notes during team meetings, turning discussions into clear action plans and tracking follow-through.
- Protect the CEO’s time by managing the calendar, communication channels, and priorities.
- Keep company operations flowing — ensuring projects, people, and processes move forward without bottlenecks.
- Anticipate needs before they’re expressed and handle them with an “it’s already done” mindset — always two steps ahead.

- Experienced with coordinating and delegating many moving parts - able to juggle multiple priorities
Position Details
Starts at 20 hours/week on a short trial basis. If you prove yourself indispensable (we expect you will), this will quickly expand to 40 hours/week.
This is a 1099 contractor position
A background in marketing or operations is a major advantage.

Pay: $4,000.00 per month
