Dreamers of Day is a digital product agency based in Dallas. We partner with trusted and admired brands to deliver meaningful digital products. We specialize in Strategy, UX/UI Design, and Web Development.
We are seeking a talented and experienced web designer with strong Figma skills to work with on an ongoing basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and collaborating on visually stunning and user-friendly websites and digital collateral that meet the needs of our clients and our agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our team and the client to understand project requirements and create design concepts using Figma
- Use Figma to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas
- Design responsive websites that are optimized for all devices
- Create and implement design systems and style guides
- Ensure web designs are accessible, adhere to web standards, and are optimized for SEO
- Lead 1-3 design projects simultaneously
- Confidently communicate and present the design process to clients
- Stay up to date with the latest web design trends and technologies
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a web designer, with a portfolio of work to showcase
- 5+ years of web design experience
- Strong experience with Figma and design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Additional Details:
Position: Senior Web Designer
Location: Plano, Texas (Remote)
Hourly Rate: $28–$40 USD, depending on experience
Must be authorized to work in the United States
