The Role:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team and help bring Caldera + Lab to life across digital, web, email, paid media and print. Reporting to the Art Director, this role will collaborate closely with our growth, marketing, email and web teams to design high-performing creative across the brand. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented designer who is eager to learn and grow, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants their work to have a direct impact on business growth. You’ll work on a variety of projects, from designing email campaigns and paid ads, to assisting with landing pages, web assets, and print materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth & Performance Design
- Collaborate with our growth team to design graphics for paid ads across Meta, Google, and emerging channels
- Assist in the design and optimization of landing pages in partnership with the growth team
Email & Social
- Create engaging and visually compelling assets for email marketing campaigns that support launches, promotions and retention
- Work with our social media team to create content for a variety of social platforms
Web & Digital Experience
- Design and optimize digital graphics and photos for web, following best practices for image sizing, compression, and performance
- Edit and retouch product and lifestyle photography
Print & Internal Creative
- Assist in the design of compelling presentations, decks, and documents for both internal and external audiences
- Design print materials including flyers, posters, inserts, and retail collateral
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field
- 3-5 years of design experience (DTC, agency, or beauty experience is a plus)
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom)
- Strong portfolio showcasing a solid understanding of design principles (layout, text hierarchy, etc.)
- Proven ability to design conversion-focused creative for paid channels
- Knowledge of web design principles and best practices
- Collaborative mindset–open to feedback and comfortable working through iterations and critiques
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
