Arbor Scientia Group has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious graphic designer with 2-5 years of experience to join our Creative Services team. For this full-time position, we are looking for an individual to work remotely in North Austin, TX, or the surrounding area. This graphics professional will work closely with our Content and Project Management teams to create artwork that is developed into promotional education and/or training assets for clients in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. This position requires frequent communication with internal staff and adherence to multiple simultaneous timelines.
Creation of artwork for a wide range of promotional and/or training applications, including:
· Illustration creation (medical illustration, character illustrations, icons, etc.)
· Creation of print and digital media (eg, mailers, door drops, brochures, posters, interactive PDFs, email artwork, web artwork, etc.)
· Ability to adhere to style guides (branded and unbranded)
· Articulate Storyline experience is a plus
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Collaborate with internal team experts to conceptualize and design effective illustrations, animations, charts, and graphs
· Be a team player empathetic to the needs of your teammates
· Confidence in self-organizing and communicating work progress and workload
· Prepare print packages and/or output packages for vendors/clients
· Ability to work across multiple time zones
Basic Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a focus on design/media
· High degree of illustration skills
· Detail-oriented, self-directed, creative, and dedicated
· Proficient in Adobe CC Suite (highly experienced in Adobe Animate, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop)
· Excellent communication skills – visual, written, and verbal
· Ability to work on multiple projects and organize workload
· Proficiency/experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
· Proficiency/experience in Figma and HMTL/CSS
· Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities with interruptions, but also act as part of a team, taking direction from the director of creative services and the director of content
· Experience working from home is a plus

Salary
