Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities in this role will primarily focus on working with the Firm's operational team to provide clerical and organizational support through:
- Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and conferences.
- Training Administration: Schedule training events, oversee enrollment, confirm attendance with participants, administer on-site or virtual checklists for training events.
- Annual Events: Coordinate all holiday gifts for consultants and clients. Review and update consultant paperwork annually (new I9’s, updates to profiles, certifications, etc.)
- Data and administrative tasks: Perform data entry, manage databases, and assist with basic bookkeeping or expense reports.
- Travel coordination: Arrange travel, book accommodations, and manage travel itineraries.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
