Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a remote work environment and possesses excellent communication and organizational skills. The Virtual Assistant will play a crucial role in enhancing productivity by managing day-to-day operations, providing customer service, and ensuring smooth office management. Must have working reliable computer and cell phone.
Duties
- Manage and organize files digitally, ensuring easy access and retrieval of documents.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support through various channels, including email and phone.
- Assist with front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Utilize Google Workspace to create, edit, and share documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Handle clerical tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and correspondence management.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages efficiently.
- Support office management activities by coordinating with team members on various projects.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure all needs are met promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Familiarity with office management practices and procedures.
- Experience with phone systems is a plus.
