Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a remote work environment and possesses excellent communication and organizational skills. The Virtual Assistant will play a crucial role in enhancing productivity by managing day-to-day operations, providing customer service, and ensuring smooth office management. Must have working reliable computer and cell phone.

Duties

Manage and organize files digitally, ensuring easy access and retrieval of documents.
Provide exceptional customer service and support through various channels, including email and phone.
Assist with front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Utilize Google Workspace to create, edit, and share documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Handle clerical tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and correspondence management.
Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages efficiently.
Support office management activities by coordinating with team members on various projects.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure all needs are met promptly.

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
Familiarity with office management practices and procedures.
Experience with phone systems is a plus.
