We’re looking for a world-class Executive Assistant to keep our high-output CEO focused on vision, strategy, and family—while you run the details with precision.
Why this role
If you love building systems, solving problems, and keeping complex lives running like a well-oiled machine, this could be your dream job. You’ll work from home and play a key role in a mission-driven organization that moves fast and expects excellence.
Heads-up: Our CEO communicates directly and works at speed. If you thrive in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment and value clarity over small talk, you’ll love it here. What you’ll own
- Inbox leadership: Manage the CEO’s email end-to-end (including drafting replies and triaging). Target response time: 2-4 hours.
- Calendar & logistics: Own the Google Calendar; ensure every event has what’s needed (Zoom links, briefs, addresses, flight details).
- Travel mastery: Plan routes, leverage points, and book flights/hotels/Airbnbs to preferences and budget.
- Speaking & media: Coordinate podcast/speaking invites and proactively pitch bigger platforms to amplify the company message.
- Client concierge: Be a white-glove liaison for our high-value clients.
- Event ops: Prepare/ship materials; coordinate workshops, filming days, and fulfillment.
- Personal exec support: Research vendors/contractors (home/car), handle real-estate-related inquiries, and manage tasteful gifting.
What success looks like
- CEO’s inbox, calendar, travel, and personal logistics run seamlessly without micromanagement.
- Nothing slips: meetings are tight, events are smooth, and communication is crisp.
- The CEO gains meaningful time back for strategy—and misses zero important messages.
What you bring
- 2+ years as an EA to a digital CEO or similarly demanding executive (including personal/travel support).
- Mastery of Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom; you’re tech-curious and automate where possible.
- Deep savvy with airlines, hotels, and points; you find the best routes and deals.
- Impeccable written communication and professional tone.
- Ultra-organized operator: you anticipate needs, plan weeks ahead, and document details others miss.
- Proactive problem-solver: you find answers, make sound decisions, and bring solutions before issues surface.
- Strategic doer: you can zoom out to plan the month and zoom in to execute today.
- Discretion & confidentiality are non-negotiable.
Location: Remote U.S.;
Schedule: Fast-moving environment; some flexibility for time-sensitive needs.
