We’re hiring a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant with strong social media and digital marketing experience. This is not a typical admin role—it’s a chance to become a true strategic partner and right hand, with the potential to grow into a Chief of Staff–style position.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, emails, scheduling, and follow-ups with precision.
- Coordinate projects, keeping priorities aligned and deadlines met.
- Support marketing campaigns and assist with digital initiatives.
- Draft, schedule, and track social media posts across platforms.
- Research industry insights and provide leadership with data-driven recommendations.
- Build systems and processes that improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Expert written and spoken English.
- At least 5 years’ experience in executive support, project coordination, digital marketing, or social media management.
- Extremely organized and proactive—you don’t need hand-holding or micromanagement.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience with scheduling/analytics tools (Buffer, Later, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Available 15–20 hours per week with overlap in U.S. Central Time.
Disqualifiers — Do Not Apply If:
- You need constant step-by-step instructions instead of taking initiative.
- You lack hands-on experience managing social or digital marketing campaigns.
- You are not highly proficient in English.
- You cannot consistently commit to 15–20 hours per week.
- You only want full-time, not part-time/flexible work.
Details
- Type: Part-time (15–20 hrs/week, growth potential).
- Location: Remote (with some overlap in U.S. CST).
- Pay: Competitive hourly/retainer based on experience.
This role is for someone who wants to own outcomes, stay ahead of the curve, and grow into a strategic partner—not just “assist.”
