We’re hiring a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant with strong social media and digital marketing experience. This is not a typical admin role—it’s a chance to become a true strategic partner and right hand, with the potential to grow into a Chief of Staff–style position.

Responsibilities

Manage calendars, emails, scheduling, and follow-ups with precision.
Coordinate projects, keeping priorities aligned and deadlines met.
Support marketing campaigns and assist with digital initiatives.
Draft, schedule, and track social media posts across platforms.
Research industry insights and provide leadership with data-driven recommendations.
Build systems and processes that improve efficiency.

Requirements

Expert written and spoken English.
At least 5 years’ experience in executive support, project coordination, digital marketing, or social media management.
Extremely organized and proactive—you don’t need hand-holding or micromanagement.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Experience with scheduling/analytics tools (Buffer, Later, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
Available 15–20 hours per week with overlap in U.S. Central Time.

You lack hands-on experience managing social or digital marketing campaigns.
You are not highly proficient in English.
You cannot consistently commit to 15–20 hours per week.
